3. Be reminded of your goals:
Continuously be aware of what you’re trying to
achieve. Remember the reason you are working so hard and keep reminding
yourself about your aim. This will keep on the right track while helping you
move forward in your struggle. When you are motivated to do well, the mind

4. Don’t let distractions get the best
